Are you our new Digital Marketing, Design and Social Media All-Rounder?

We are looking for an analytical creative who lives and breathes social media, with skills in content creation, copywriting and graphic design. You will be our go-to for any marketing or design led projects.

The ideal candidate will have either an agency background or previous experience in a similar role. To succeed, you will need to understand Mint’s brand inside and out, including our culture, industry, communities, voices, and values.


The Role

You will:

  • Work closely with the Product Development and Reservations team on marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Be responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of all digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Update our website and online applications with new products or campaigns.
  • Use your creative design skills to create on-brand content for digital and print media.
  • Use your copywriting skills to embody the voice and values of our brand.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Manage all external social and digital media initiatives.
  • Keep our databases, spreadsheets, inventory lists and external documents updated.
  • Manage our image and video library.
  • Assist our media team with ideation, planning, pitching and delivery of film and/or photography projects.
  • Oversee film and photography projects, managing the internal team and any external contractors.
  • Be responsible for E-commerce merchandising.
  • Collaborate with our brand partners and/or athletes across a range of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends, industry activity and provide insights.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, leads, and sales.



You will have:

  • Experience within a similar role or within a marketing, graphic design or creative agency, preferably within a small business environment.
  • A qualification in digital marketing.
  • Extensive experience in Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, SEO and reporting tools.
  • Experience in paid social and SEM strategy.
  • High proficiency in Adobe programs with the ability to create on-brand graphics for digital and print media. Video editing is desirable.
  • Copywriting skills to embody the voice and values of our brands.
  • Enthusiasm for our industry and a believer in our brands, industry and culture.
  • Experience using Google suite and Dropbox.
  • Experience using WordPress. Shopify desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to test, tweak, report and improve upon paid advertising.
  • An interest in SEO best practices and how they influence the effectiveness of your content.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workflow across competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, often in different timezones. 
  • A current passport and ability to travel overseas, often for extended periods.


What we offer

This is a permanent full time role with the flexibility of being able to work from home up to 4 days a week. A fully remote option will be considered for the right candidate. International travel is part of this role. You must have a current passport and the ability to travel overseas, often for extended periods of time. The salary is negotiable and is based on your experience. When on work trips, work hours outside of core business times (evenings and weekends) is required.
