Customer Service

Join us in Asahikawa this winter as the first point of contact for our guests. This seasonal role is all about making sure our riders are dialed from day one—managing and taking bookings, coordinating rental and demo gear, and supporting daily logistics. Based at our Japan HQ, you’ll help guests check in, gear up, and get out riding. It’s a fast-paced, guest-facing role with staff housing, lift access, and the chance to work with a tight crew that lives for snow.

Content Creator – Assistant Videographer

Dream winter gig incoming. We’re looking for a Content Creator – Assistant Videographer to join us in Japan for the 2025–2026 season. You’ll ride and film every day alongside our guides, guests, and pro snowboarders—capturing the real moments and turning them into daily edits for our socials. We’re looking for experienced, professional guides to join Mint Tours for the upcoming winter season. In this role, you’ll lead small groups through resort and backcountry terrain, delivering safe, smooth, and memorable days in the mountains. You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of passionate guides, operations staff, and visiting pro riders—supported by a head office that values preparation, communication, and professionalism.
