ITINERARY

DAY 1 : Your Austrian Freeride Adventure Begins!

Welcome to Innsbruck, the heart of European snowboarding. Make your way to Innsbruck Airport (INN) or the Hauptbahnhof (HBF), where your guide will meet you. From there, it’s a quick 10-minute transfer to our centrally located accommodation in the Old Town, your base for the next six nights.

Once you’ve checked in, you’ll have time to settle into your room and get your gear sorted. If you arrive early, you can step straight out of the hotel and wander through the Old Town’s streets, taking in a mix of history, culture and mountain views. In the evening, we’ll head to one of Innsbruck’s classic beer halls for a relaxed welcome dinner. It’s a great chance to meet the rest of the group, especially if you’re joining solo.

DAYS 2-6 : Storm Chasing Austrian Style!

Get ready for five solid days of riding in the Austrian Alps. There’s no fixed itinerary we just head to whatever resort has the best conditions on the day. With more than a dozen resorts within about 30–70 minutes, we’ve got plenty of options to choose from depending on snow, weather and what the group’s feeling. It’s all about finding the best turns and making the most of whatever Mother Nature delivers.

Here’s the daily drill for maximizing shred time:

Mornings –Start the day with a relaxed breakfast buffet while your guide runs through the day’s weather and snow outlook. We usually hit the road around 7:30 am. Once the van’s loaded, we’re off.

Throughout the Day – Once we get to the resort, your guide will sort out lift tickets and get everyone ready to roll. From there, it’s all about exploring the terrain and making the most of these huge Austrian resorts. We ride to the conditions if it’s deep, we’ll stay out and enjoy it as long as the legs hold up. We’ll take on-mountain lunch breaks along the way, with plenty of chances to try some local Tyrolean dishes before heading back out for more laps.

Afternoons – Après: When the lifts stop turning, we’ll ease into a bit of Austrian après. Your guide will read the room and keep things relaxed or lively depending on how everyone’s feeling. Expect some classic Europop in the background, a drink or two, and that easygoing Austrian atmosphere. We’ll usually be back at the hotel around 5:00 pm.

Evenings – Innsbruck’s Culinary Delights: Each night we’ll head out for a relaxed group dinner at one of the local restaurants near our hotel. The area has plenty of great spots, from traditional Tyrolean dishes to easygoing bars for a drink after riding. It’s a nice way to unwind, chat about the day and enjoy a bit of Innsbruck’s food scene. And if you’re still up for it, there are a few late-night places nearby to keep things going.

DAY 7 : Auf Wiedersehen Friends

After a week of riding and exploring Innsbruck, it’s time to wrap things up. You’ll say goodbye to your guide and the new friends you’ve made before we organize your transfer back to Innsbruck Airport or the Hauptbahnhof.
