With a summit topping over 3,300 metres, Mammoth Mountain has the highest lift-served ridable terrain in California, not to mention iconic Sierra Mountain views, the famous Unbound Terrain Parks and a legendary snowpack that keeps the season going all the way into June.  In 2019, Mammoth stretched it out to July! Just look at the stats:

Mammoth has a reputation of scoring big storms throughout the winter and deep into spring meaning we can expect mild days, cool nights OR even a late season dump.


Comfortable Accommodation

We ensure our guests stay in quality accommodation that’s in the best location. We stay at the Sierra Nevada Resort & Spa located in Downtown Mammoth Lakes. We are surrounded by Mammoths restaurants and shops, and just a short drive to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. The Sierra Nevada Resort & Spa offers rustic luxury in central Mammoth Lakes including in-house bar, laundry, sauna, hot tub, and day spa, fitness room. The deluxe twin share rooms are equipped with 2 queen-size, pillow top beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay, including ensuite bathroom,


Solo Travellers

If you’re travelling solo you won’t be alone. In fact, our tour is perfect for solo travellers, we just match you up with someone to room with for the entire time. Not only are our guides with you on-mountain during the day, they keep the stoke going well into the night, so you’ll always have crew to hang out with and places to go.


Getting to Mammoth

Mammoth is one of the easiest resorts to reach un the USA. Once you arrive in Los Angeles or San Francisco, jump on your non-stop flight, and in a little over an hour, you’ll arrive at Mammoth Lakes Airport. We’ll have a driver on-hand to pick you and make the short drive to our hotel. We’ll get you checked in to your room, and for the adventure ahead.

If you’ve got some time on your hands and are keen for a road trip, rent a car and and drive from LAX, which is about five-and-a-half hours, but a breathtaking drive once you get outside of city limits. Another option is flying into the Reno/Tahoe International Airport and driving south about 3 hours and you’ll find yourself in Mammoth pretty quickly. This is also a beautiful drive as the Sierras envelop a long, winding road and you pass Yosemite right before you come to Mammoth Lakes.


Shopping, Eating & Drinking

At night, our guides are on-hand to show you around Mammoth downtown area, from shops, restaurants, craft beer bars and nightlife. There’s restaurants and bars from super fancy to very affordable and ranging from Mexican and Japanese to American bar-style cuisine. No trip to Mammoth is complete without a visit to Wave Rave, one of the most iconic snowboard stores still in business. Founded by famed Mammoth local Steve Klassen.

Mammoth Mountain is a Ikon Pass destination, so you can use your pass to access this resort. If you don’t have an Ikon Pass yet, then speak to our sales team and they will be able to book your Ikon Pass for this trip. Alternatively we can offer you a 6 day Mammoth Mountain lift ticket.
