SNOWBOARD AND SKI AT JACKSON HOLE WITH MINT TOURS AND IKON PASS IN 2021

Lying in the heart of the Grand Tetons is a destination that should be on every skier and snowboarder’s bucket list. Join us in 2021 and see for yourself why Jackson Hole is home to some of the best skiers and snowboarders in the world including Travis Rice and Bryan Iguchi.

Jackson Hole is renowned for having some of the best intermediate and advanced terrain in North America including 4,139 feet of quad-burning vert, 450+ annual inches of seemingly bottomless snow and steeps that may as well have their own classification on the trail map.

You’ll also get the opportunity to ride at Grand Targhee which is locally known as the powder riders mountain. The terrain has a playful, surfy feel creating plenty of opportunities to slash, carve, and turn. Being on the western slope of the Tetons, storm riding is common and their tree runs provide plenty of shelter from the wind and offer deep pockets of untouched snow. ‘GT’ remains relatively uncrowded and it’s easy to find untouched snow days after a storm.

This winter we’re excited to team up with Ikon Pass – the ski industry’s best multi-resort ticket that gives you access to 43 different resorts across 5 continents. Simply purchase an Ikon Pass with Mint then join us in 2021 as we explore, ride, and après some of Nth America’s most iconic shred destinations including Jackson Hole.

ABOUT IKON PASS & JACKSON HOLE

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is an Ikon Pass destination, so depending on your pass type, you can use it to access all the ski lifts. If you don’t have an Ikon Pass or Base Pass as yet, then speak to our sales team and they will add it to your tour booking. Alternatively we can offer you a 6 day Jackson Hole lift ticket added to your booking.

A TYPICAL DAY IN JACKSON HOLE

Each morning we’ll head to the slopes where your host will show you all the spots to find the best conditions on the day. Check out one of the terrain parks, or take your pick of one of the many chutes or bowls and lay down some powder turns. After riding we’ll either enjoy some apres at one of the bars at the base of the village (the Mangy Moose is a local favourite) or head back into Jackson for a night on the town.

CORBET'S COULOIR

Corbet’s is perhaps the most difficult in-bounds ski run in North America—is the perfect measuring stick for those who want to tackle Jackson Hole’s expert terrain. As one of the most visible and intimidating lines on the mountain, the Aerial Tram passes by every 10 minutes, packed with spectators gathered to watch advanced skiers and riders drop in.

ACCOMMODATION

We stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jackson Hole. Our twin share rooms are equipped with 2 beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every morning you’ve got a hot buffet breakfast to enjoy in the restaurant and each night you’re close to all the action in downtown Jackson where you can catch up with your guides and fellow travellers over dinner and a few beers.

SNOW & CONDITIONS

We've scheduled the tour in the first week of spring so you’ll typically be able to ride the resort from top to bottom and the soft spring snow will open up lots of off-piste riding options. And, if past years are anything to go by, we’ll typically get powder days just to mix things up. Temperatures ranging from highs of +6 during the days to -10 at nights.

SMALL GROUPS

We offer one of the smallest client to guide ratio’s in the industry which ultimately leads to a better experience for everyone. Our small groups allow greater manoeuvrability and ease of access to the best areas a destination can offer. When we are on mountain, our guest to guide ratio is maximum 6 people per guide. This also makes for a more personal experience between our guests and guides.
