Our new eBike tours inc MTB skills coaching at the Bright Mystic trails
Join us from our base in the beautiful township of Bright, Victoria’s ultimate Mountain Bike destination. Whether you’re completely new to mountain biking, or just simply over the idea of peddling uphill on your regular ride, then this new tour is definitely for you. Learn new E-Bike skills, meet other riders and experience one of the best mountain towns in Australia.
The progression tour is guided and hosted by experienced mountain bike coaches with first aid certificates, bike repair skills and local knowledge to ensure your time on the e-bike and trails are safe and fun. No need to pull out the trail map as our guides are always on-hand to select terrain best suited to your ability and then work on riding techniques so you comfortably progress over the two days.
All coaching is based at the legendary Bright Mystic Park which serves up some of the best single track in Victoria with trails suitable for all abilities. Get ready to ride terrain from flowy descents to technical gravity trails and for those newbies, the Riverside, Pump Track and Play Ground trails are the perfect way to get a feel for your e-bike before you make the ascent to the Mystic main trails on the e-bikes.
After each Mystic session, your local guides will take us for a cruise down the famous High Country Rail Trail to tick off a few of the region’s best local craft beers, wine, spirits and paddock to plate offerings that Bright is known for. In the evenings, we’ll head back into town for dinner and sample more of Bright’s amazing local produce.

Upon arrival, our guides will be on-hand to greet you and help you settle in before we start exploring the best of Bright. Extra nights accommodation and riding are available.
WHAT BIKE TO BRING
Unless you already own an E-Bike, there's no need to bring one for the weekend as we include top-of-the-line Specialized Turbo Levo rental bikes for the tour. These bikes are available in all sizes but need to be reserved well in advance. You'll also need a full-face helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves. Ask us for a full gear list or to arrange rentals if needed.
ABILITY & FITNESS
The tour is geared to novice & intermediate riders that have some experience on dirt trails, but more importantly a willingness to sharpen and progress your mountain biking skills. The eBikes are the best option to maximise time in the seat getting familiar with the bike making it easier to progress.

Our comfortable single share rooms are equipped with King beds, private ensuite bathroom, TV, and free WiFi. This cycle friendly motel has dedicated bike wash bay, bike maintenance bench with pump, and custom-built, fully-enclosed bike security shed with individually-lockable racks.
You will need to make your own way to Bright by the set meet & greet time at our accommodation to meet your hosts. For the rest of the tour it's e-bike pedal power all the way, with the exception of a quick 5 min walk into town for dinner and drinks each evening. If you cannot get to Bright we can link-up you with other guests for ride-sharing.
This tour is hosted by our local MTB team. Not only do they know every marked trail, they are looking forward to showing you some of their ‘local’s only’ secret spots. Their big mountain experience makes them the perfect hosts for the weekend. They are always more than happy to provide you with some tips and feedback on the mountain, and share a beer and some laughs at the end of the day.
Bright Hero Trail
Ride the Hero Trail at Mystic. The first trail of this kind on this scale in Australia, the new Hero Trail at Bright is revolutionary for the Australian scene. It’s a proper, gravity-fed jump trail, and you clock some serious air miles on this one! Your mind will be blown as you literally fly down the hill, all the way back to the Bright Brewery by the river below.
At the end of every ride, there’s always beer – and few do it better than Bright Brewery, owned by a local mountain biker who knows how to make cyclists welcome.
Pedal to Produce
Don't think we won't be enjoying ourselves off the bike either. We will ride right up to farm gates, cellar doors and breweries along the High Country Rail Trail to sample local delights, purchased straight from the producers. The cycling is easy and the food and wine plentiful.
