SKI & SNOWBOARD RUSSIA
Our Russia and former Soviet State tours operate in Siberia, Kamchatka, Sochi, Murmansk, Georgia and the Balkans. After heli-skiing, split-boarding and guiding all over Russia, we have selected these key spots which provide the best snow and terrain, along with a great cultural experience. These destinations may not be on the tourist radar, but that’s what makes it special. You’ll get to travel to a land dominated by huge mountain peaks, forests, tundras, crystal clear lakes and rivers and rugged coastline. Each place we want to share with you is unique; every location has its own special characteristics. The one thing they all have in common is being an amazing place to ski and snowboard. If you are looking for a customised tour to a part of Russia we don’t mention, we will be glad to organise it for you with the same level of safety and quality provided on all our trips.
Spend a week with us, heli-skiing volcano's in Kamchatka, Russia. You'll visit a vast and untamed wilderness full of hot springs and volcanoes, some extinct, some dormant and many still active. Our tour includes 8 helicopter hours which works out to about 4 to 5 full days of heli-skiing. We'll ride through hot spring valleys, to the shores of the Pacific Ocean and into active volcano craters. Our heli-ski operation is backed up by cat and snowmobile access to limit down-time.
CAT SKI TOUR
This November we’re heading for an all-inclusive Cat Ski trip in Priiskovy, Russia. The trip is ideal for those who are looking for a snow-sure, affordable early-season powder destination. Snow conditions are exceptional early in the season, as winter arrives to Altai mountains in October. Around mid-November Priiskovy surroundings are covered by deep powder snow. There’s no need to worry about crowds. Priiskovy valley has no ski lifts, and all ascents are made with a snow cat reserved for your group.
Join us on a 10 day tour to the former soviet state of Georgia. You'll spend your days chasing powder with our local guides at the resorts of Gudauri and Bakuriani, and also experience the cultural and culinary highlights of the region. We'll have day trips and options that include backcountry freeriding, visits to sulphur baths, wine tasting, heli-skiing, snowmobiling and paragliding. To finish, you'll experience local life in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
Join us in the Balkans as we explore the spectacular Shar Mountains of Macedonia and Kosovo by snowcat and splitboard. While the well known resorts across Europe are overcrowded and tracked out, the freeriding in the Balkans is completely undiscovered and waiting to be ridden. From wide slopes to narrow couloirs and natural gullies with vertical drops of up to 850 metres per run, the terrain here is suitable for both intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders.
