Riding at Jackson Hole
For our ride days, we spend our time exploring Jackson Hole Ski Resort, only a 12 mile drive from town. Each day we’ll head to the slopes where your guide will show you the best spots to ride, and where to find the best conditions on the day. Check out one of the terrain parks on offer, or take your pick of one of the many chutes or bowls and lay down some powder turns. After riding we’ll either enjoy some apres at one of the bars at the base of the village (the Mangy Moose is a local favourite) or head back into Jackson for a night on the town. One of the mornings we’ll make the trek to Grand Targhee, just an hour away from Jackson, where you will have the opportunity to ride some epic off piste powder. You also have the option of jumping on a full-day cat skiing tour (additional cost), where you’re guaranteed 8,000 to 14,000 vertical feet in just one day of unbelievable deep, dry, untracked Teton powder on terrain only accessible by cat. Cruise through open bowls, endless glades, and steep tree pitches with Wyoming’s only cat skiing.
Yellowstone Snowmobile Tour
We also spend a day snowmobiling in the backcountry of Yellowstone National Park, where a local guide will show you around this incredible part of the world. Come face to face with a bison, or go moose spotting while you explore the wild winter landscape of Wyoming, and visit the famous steaming geyser, Old Faithful. We spend 6 hours on tour, covering between 90-100 miles of backcountry in Yellowstone.
We make sure you’re well looked after with our head American guide leading our Jackson Hole tour.
We stay in Jackson Town at the 49er Inn & Suites. All of the rooms are twin share with ensuite. Each room has 2 comfortable queen size beds and free wifi is available in all rooms. The newly renovated hotel is within walking distance to the Town Square and also the famous Cowboy Bar. An extended continental breakfast is included every morning in the hotel. The hotel also features an indoor swimming poo,l hot tub, fitness centre and laundry.

Snow & Conditions
We run this tour during the peak of Winter when the snowfall at Jackson Hole is at it’s most reliable. January in Wyoming is usually the coldest month of the year, with the daily average temperature staying well below zero (-12 to -15 degrees). This means snowfall in Jackson Hole remains super light and dry.
Small Group Numbers
We keep our group sizes small so you can get the most out of your time with us. We have our 2 Mint Tours guides on-snow every day and at night they are on hand to show you around the local area. With a maximum group size of 12 people you’ll feel like part of the Mint crew and not just another face in the crowd.
If you’re travelling solo you won’t be alone. In fact our tour is perfect for solo travellers, we just match you up with someone to room with for the entire time. Not only are our guides with you on-mountain during the day, they keep the stoke going well into the night, so you’ll always have crew to hang out with and places to go.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced snowboarders & skiers.
