In the heart of the Canadian Rockies lies the famous resorts of Banff – Sunshine Village, Lake Louise and Mt Norquay. Lake Louise offers terrain for every rider, from wide groomed boulevards on its frontside, to awesome chutes, gullies, steep bowls, and glades on the backside. The resort definitely offers the best leg burning runs of all three resorts and some of the most challenging terrain in the Rockies. Sunshine Village is a mecca for intermediate to advanced riders, with 4 mountain peaks offering incredible steeps, corduroy, and gladed runs to explore. The mix of very cold temperatures and high elevation means Sunshine’s snow quality is top notch. Sunshine is also home to epic off-piste, with their Wild West and Delirium Dive freeride zones providing the opportunity to get very steep and deep in the Rockies.
